Introducing our CCT-7 Tool Coating a propriety CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) coating. The Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) coating process is the application of a thin, solid coating onto the tool through a vaporous chemical reaction. In this process, the tool is exposed to a mixture of gases at high temperatures in a controlled vacuum chamber. These gases react on the tool’s surface, forming a thin, uniform coating.
