
Product Information
This bushing can be cast in place or potted, just like a Diamond-Groove Bushing, or can be pressed into an installation hole. The straight knurl provides excellent resistance to rotation, but provides less resistance to axial forces than a diamond knurl. Since the bushing's OD is not ground, the ID must be accurately located during casting or potting to ensure accuracy in the finished tool. - From #80 to 1/4": +0.0001 / +0.0004
- Over 1/4 to 3/4": +0.0001 / +0.0005
- Over 3/4 to 1-1/2": +0.0002 / +0.0006
- Over 1-1/2 to 2-3/4": +0.0003 / +0.0007
Reamer ID Tolerance (Special):
- From #80 to 1/4": +0.0005 / +0.0008
- Over 1/4 to 3/4": +0.0006 / +0.0010
- Over 3/4 to 1-1/2": +0.0008 / +0.0012
Reamer bushings have a different ID tolerance range than drill bushings. To special-order bushings with the reamer ID tolerance shown here, add "-REAMER" to the part number: SG-26-16-.1875-REAMER (Special).
