Product Information
Locking-Pin Bushings are equipped with a retainer spring clip on the inside diameter, for use with all types of locking/captive pins and locating screws. These precision bushings are designed to press fit in a standard reamed hole, and can be secured with a Lockscrew to positively hold the bushing in place. Available for pin diameters 3/16 to 1/2" (6 to 12mm in metric). Choice of standard or long bushing in most sizes, for installation in thinner or thicker plates.Made in USA.
Version with Oversize ID
Each bushing diameter is optionally available with an oversize ID (.040" larger), for applications with multiple pins where additional clearance is desired to prevent binding. Please see tables below for part numbers with a -OS suffix.
Replacement Spring Clips
Every Locking-Pin Bushing includes a spring clip, to retain its captive L Pin, T Pin, or Clamping Pin. To remove the pin from the bushing, the spring clip must first be removed; therefore replacement clips are available separately in case a clip is ever lost.
