Thin Drill Stops are installed below a Drill Bushing to prevent cutting tools damaging the tool itself. They are especially useful in Autoclave, or Carbon Fiber Molding Tooling, below bushings that need to be cleaned of resin between cycles. These Thin Drill Stops, made of Heat Treated A2 Tool Steel, are half as thick as our Round Carbide Pads, while offering a similar Drill resistance. Pads can be brazed or bonded to install. Available in diameters from 1/4 to 3/4". Special diameters are available upon request..
