Hook Clamps – Tapped Long Arm
Hook clamps are designed to manually swing into clamping position, then clamp straight down by screw action. These clamps allow clear loading while swung away in unclamped position. Ideal in tight spaces where high clamping force is required.The tapped-arm version accepts a wide variety of contact bolts or spindles to increase clamping-height range (the tapped arm is also slightly longer). Made in USA.These clamps can be mounted in a reamed hole, or in a Hook-Clamp Holder or Hook-Clamp Mounting Block.
Mounting
These clamps can be mounted in a Hook-Clamp Holder or Hook-Clamp Mounting Block. For high-rise clamping, Riser Cylinders are available to extend the range of standard Hook-Clamp Holders.
Material
Clamp body > 4135 steel, Heat Treated, black oxide Finish. Socket-head cap screw > Steel, black oxide Finish. Spring > Spring steel, black oxide Finish. DFARS and RoHS compliant.
Mounting
